 Many of our materials and adhesives are engineered to be stacked in pads of 5 to 100 pieces. The product can be individually removed from the pad. This drastically simplifies packaging, handling, and dispensing, while eliminating the need for individual adhesive liners.

Adhesives • Coatings
 Zone-Kote® adhesives are pattern coated using silk screen printing technology. Adhesives can be applied in thicknesses between 0.001 and 0.020 inches (0.025 to 0.5 mm), and offer excellent adhesion to relatively smooth flat surfaces. These adhesives have good initial tack, high peel strength, are initially repositionable, and have moderate to high moisture resistance.
 SRB™ foamed hot melt pressure sensitive adhesives are applied robotically to a customer-specific patterns. The softness and shape of the adhesive allow it to adhere to irregular or textured surfaces. These adhesives have high tack, high peel, high moisture resistance, are repositionable, and are easily applied. A high temperature performance version allows this adhesive to handle service temperatures that approach 200 degrees F.
Butyl adhesives offer a reduced cost, lower strength option. This time-proven adhesive meets most OEM requirements, and has been a workhorse in the automotive industry for decades.
 SRB™ Pressure Seal is a compression gasket material that offers a low tack or tack-free method of sealing between two components or sub-assemblies.
 Transfer Adhesives are available in customer-specific patterns and can be supplied in a supported or unsupported format.
 Conductive Coatings can be screen printed to create flexible circuits capable of transmitting low voltage electricity or data communication.
